As a condition of acceptance to the tournament, all out of town teams (any team greater than 40 miles from rink) MUST reserve rooms through Ocean Ice Palace Tournaments and stay in authorized hotel, at tournament rates. No other rates, discounts or hotel reward points will be honored. No exceptions. Failure to comply and/or attempts to circumvent procedures and obligations will result in expulsion from the tournament. In this situation, registration fees will not be refunded. No substitute forms will be accepted.
